Two months after R-train service to Manhattan resumed, straphangers are complaining that service along the line has gotten worse, with trains bunching in stations and long delays at other times.I couldn't agree more. When the "R" ran only between Forest Hills and Whitehall Street it was always reliable. Even its Brooklyn cousin wasn't so bad. Now that the tunnel has re-opened the "R" has slipped back into its usual bad habits. It shows up when its wants to. Bring back the "W". Larry, RedbirdR33 |
