They need to spot more ready-to-go gap trains at Whitehall, sidings north of City Hall, or 57th Street.This is 1970-era QJ nonsense and it is high time they figured out how to run it. The 60th Street connection to a Southern Division BMT local has been around since 1958, and train volume has never been lower on most of the route. |
