The passageway at Cortlandt-Fulton should be opening up later this year for the very few people who want the transfer between the Queens R and the Brooklyn R. This will make for much more reliable service. And prevent increased headways (on the Chambers-95th portion) due to ongoing Queens Blvd E/F/R weekend track work.
