First, of course, is the Constitutional Right of ALL citizens to petition the government for redress of grievances.Second, if EPA had ruled against the planned factory, we KNOW there would have been loud shrieking from the pro-business/who cares about the environment crowd. So. what is good for the goose is good for the gander, eh? |
