Why are they planning to replace the 4Ks?The suits in the Jackson Graham Building came to the conclusion that it would be cheaper to replace them then rehabilitate as well as upgrade their crashworthness. The 4k cars are structurally similar to the 1k cars. John in the sand box of Maryland's eastern shore. |
