Question: Did they shut down Bergen St Lower outside of rush hours? That is, did someone come down and tell everyone (the express trains are done)? Is something similar done at Nostrand on the A at the end of the night?

I know that at 168th St on the 1 line one night when FASTRACK was taking place, people were left down there late into the night, long past 10!
