West Hempstead to Valley Stream is basically a useless rail transit corrodor.. For one thing, nearby bus service offers better travel options by a long margin.. West Hempstead is not a destination per se. Valley Sream is situated a little better but again, nearby buses (N31-N32) are a much better option. This pertains to the "intra-suburban" journeys, obviously. Best thing would be to reconnect the line to Mineola |
