CTA ? But that is lightweight equipment.What about the UPRR ? Didn't they use plastic ties somewhere ? They did the LIRR Main Line Harold - Jay around 2001 or so. Didn't they have to do 2 or 4 tracks twice because they quickly cracked ? |
