Called lucky!!! The conditions that once existed in the Bronx was ridiculous, and it is a miracle there wasn't a derailment.I am interested to see how the plastic ties plan works out. So far, I have not seen anymore installed outside of Shelter Rock Road (Danbury/Bethel). |
