I see what you are saying, that it might be confusing. But it really doesn't say that the money ends up with the MTA.Do you know if the MTA gets any of the TAB Money? Let's say all of it goes to the City, the money is still generated on a system that the MTA runs using rules created by the MTA, so the way I see it, the MTA is still the party that is extorting the money, even if they are not the ones who are benefitting from it. |
