Where did I imply that the MTA is receiving money from fines?From your column: "The MTA needs to do everything in its power to encourage the use of mass transit. "Extort money from them through TAB" clearly implies that the MTA is getting the money that TAB collects. If that isn't what you meant, you did a very poor job of saying what you did mean. |
