This is an interesting article.On one hand the MTA at times through the conductor's announcements and computer message systems instruct passengers to leave the train. At other times, it seems that the computerized messages indicate it is okay for riders to travel via the City Hall Station. At other times folks can get a ticket for doing so. And if enough of a news media commotion is made, the ticket is discarded. (Thank goodness for slow media periods.) Just a thought. Mike |
