The follower has to hold at Fulton only if the road blows up.Turn a train at Chambers if it's that bad. I've seen the road blow up and the T/D turn a train in the station at Broad for n/b service because it's so much faster than cleaning out, crawling into hole, making safety stops, walking through train instead of along platform. In the station is better overall. |
