You would need a drop back crew at Broad since you could only use one pocket. The follower has to hold at Fulton. W/o a drop back crew on a 10 minute headway if you have a late train with the follower right behind you have a problem.I doubt if they would keep a drop back crew there and with just one pocket my gut feeling is to put them on the relay track. |
