Heh. Yeah, I know ... but as you explained, you're pretty serious about things (as Seinfeld said, "not that there's anything wrong with that") whereas around here, it's more like "real New York" in that a sidewalk act can be appreciated for being a sidewalk act, and 76th Street never fails to be fun whenever it comes up (too often, some might say) ...

And I was truly impressed that Joe Brennan actually had some fun with that little number of his. Sometimes, lessons learned when one gets burned are more meaningful. Worked for me often enough growing up. And yeah, I'm definitely going to do a set of them arnines even if they sit under plexiglas ... haven't run any of my N gauge stuff in a couple of years ever since a flood in my office that forced me to pull up my tracks, and never had time to put them back.

I'm not even all that big into trains really as a personal thing. I was before working for the Teeyay, but as I've often said, working on trains really cures the foaminess. But given a choice, 1:1 scale does it the best for me. I just hope I can make it to Branford again before the snow flies ... haven't even been able to get down to Kinsgton yet with the workload being what it is ... and whenever I'm seen here, there or anywhere, I'm at work. Gots to do something about that.
