Been thinking about it most of the day and quite frankly, you owe Uncle Joe NOTHING ... I was amazed to see that I even got a dressing down on HIS group for hanging out here (I won't repeat what he said there) and all I can say is that I'm rather disappointed, being singled out like that. I love his group and the people that visit there, but I come here for entertainment, being able to say things here that would easily get me tossed over there.This whole 76th street thing has been a joke all along, it's something that anyone with half a brain cell can tell the difference between idle patter, straight out kidding around and "serious." I've learned a lot of things here, I've been able to impart knowledge and fill in some gaps for those who were wondering why some things are the way they are and I've also had a good amount of fun. AND I've been dismayed by some people and their bad behavior too. But with respect to an open forum, Unca Joe needs to take a deep breath and realize that it's different strokes for different folks and I don't appreciate being lectured for having a giggle now and then. I've got real work to do, I take a break and come HERE to entertain and BE entertained. I'm not embarassed by it one bit. Said it before, will say it again ... "NEVER take life TOO seriously, and BEWARE of those who do." :( |
