Actually, cinder blocks are easier removed if they needed to. Again, it's not that they weren't PLANNING to build further, the controversy is whether they actually did or not. A ciner block wall could mean two things:-They are blocking "something" off. -They need to put a wall there for future expansion, which was planned. Neither proves that the 76th ST exists, or doesn't exist...it just proves that it "could" exist or that they just put it up "for when they do build further". - But that brings us right back in a circle, maybe it's there, maybe it's not. |
