No, cinder blocks make fine retaining walls if built with "footers" ... *I* was told that there was a cinder block wall "back there" with dirt behind it. As to what specifically is back there, is anybody's guess. But there's fill, and then there's a bit of space not suitable for 8/10 cars past the cinder blocks on the outside of the tunnel.Should be quite interesting if there's any PROFF. :) |
