I seem to recall it being out at the Hoboken Festival more than once in PSCT regalia.Yes. And it didn't operate in service in its "new" colors until a few days before the end. As far as the Hoboken Festival goes, #11 was on display in 2000 and #10 in 2002. The Rockhill page has this photo of #6 in service in February 2000:
