(On Topic), posted by Elkeeper on Wed Jan 15 16:44:38 2014. The Hudson Terminal buildings were in poor shape and had to come down. If the PA didn't take over the H&M, the WTC would not exist. Should either NJT or the MTA assume control of the PATH, the reasonable fare for interstate rail travel will sky-rocket and the residents of Jersey City, Hoboken, Harrison and Newark would not appreciate that. Leave things well enough alone. It worked for so many years, why alter it now?Vader |
