A policeman is as entitled as anyone else to observe someone's BEHAVIOR and make a judgment of whether it is appropriate to that of a person who may hiding something.Still, they can't search your bag based on whether or how you refuse a voluntary search. That's the law. As to the ACLU, I was a card-carrying member until Skokie. Now I wish they would remember that their name includes the words "American" and "Civil Liberties." Remember, ACLU will represent anything that goes against any type of civil liberty, no matter how racist, horrible, etc. it is. |
