As the Paris metro has shown, non-passenger loops are a very good way of reversing lots of trains. Unfortunately they tend to cost a bit more to build too!Maybe the MTA's (and TfL's) planners should be given all expenses paid trips to Paris, Madrid, Lille, and Munich. They'd learn a lot. |
