I'd agree with you re tolling only if the toll on the Verrazano, Whitestone and Throgs Neck Bridges was eliminated or if all highways and bridges in the US were tolled as well. The latter has a snowballs chance in hell of happening. The former is the only reasonable compromise in creating East River tolls. |
