From the article: median home prices in Bushwick have more than doubled, from $300,000 in the third quarter of 2010 to $625,000 in the first quarter of 2013, according to MNS.There's no doubt that home prices there have shot up over the past few years, but I'm skeptical of that $625K figure. Other sites I checked put the median in the $400K-$450K range. Maybe some are including or excluding apartment sales, but that's bound to cause confusion if left unstated. |
