Yes, I have read the fleet replacement strategy document. Nowhere in there does it say that CAF is building anything more than the current 130 cars for long distance services. Nowhere in there does it say that CAF is building anything more than that. They do note that they're going to replace EVERYTHING at some point, but they don't say that these cars will match what CAF is building. |
