I don't know how Caltrain trainmen do it. Since the advent of POP, they were disallowed from collecting cash fares; they can check tickets but that's it. Someone doesn't have a ticket, they have to appeal to the fare inspector lords, I think. Does NJT want to go that route?(BTW, off topic, but giving them the pickle in the restaurant biz can result in trouble like this . . .) |
