There was supposed to be an entire station at Utica Fulton for the unbuilt Utica Subway.
The mezzanine photos that are tiled are not that of a provision, that is seperate from the "Second System Photos". The mezzanine is of a once used mezzanine that is now abandoned.

The mezzanine for the Second System station at Utica is tiled and was open to the public prior to the 1996 renovation.
