There was supposed to be an entire station at Utica Fulton for the unbuilt Utica Subway.
The mezzanine photos that are tiled are not that of a provision, that is seperate from the "Second System Photos". The mezzanine is of a once used mezzanine that is now abandoned. The station shell photos (completely different set of photos) are that of a unused station shell for the IND Second System, probably South 4th St at the Broadway Station on the G.
All this confusion is because Ian posted a link to the mezzanine phtoos, and then also mentioned the seperate "IND Second System" photos in the same post, but did not link to them. People thought the mezzanine photos are the IND Second System photos on the site, and that is not the case.
