Yep.

I guess that would be referencing an original plan to run the GG to Church Ave., even though it actually always terminated at Smith-9th St. and never ran to Church until the 1970s.

Nope, that sign obviously dates back to the 30's when Church Avenue was the terminal for the A line (1933-36) and later the E line (1936-40) and the D and F lines (in the 1940's).

Don't forget Church Ave was the terminal for for ALL lines from 10/7/1933 'till 10/30/1954 (even though limited rush hour D trains still ran to Church Avenue after 10/30/1954 though.)
