He has the right to film. Refusing to relinquish that right is not being an "agitator," nor is it "goading" anyone, and it's obvious they're kicking him out of the station for filming, not because of his "demeanor;" since they only approached him in the first place because he was filming.And they took a swing at the other guy, so it's not like they have no problem with him. |
