Here's MY take on this whole thing. I'm going to assume that these security guards are Florida State Peace Officers in the performance of their duties. I could be wrong about that though.. I'm sure he has the legal right to take photos. I'm ALSO sure the guards damn well knew who he was and that he's a professional agitator also. He already has a pending lawsuit so that right there tells me that this guy is going to goat the guards into a confrontaion so it can be filmed and he can have yet ANOTHER suit on his hands.

This guy's mindset is that he WANTS a confrontation. Why else would he do that for? He also weems like he just MIGHT have a screw loose.

Anyway, if those guards are Peace Officers, they DO have the right to remove him from the platform SOLELY based on his demeanor, NOT for taking pics. He was drinking too which is indicative of his behavior. When they put his hands on them to escort him off the system, (notice they had NO problem with his friend who was also filming until the end?) HE flipped out and started flailing his hands and arms, thus leading to him being taken to the ground. The whole I-can't-breathe stuff was just for the cameras. If he can say it that clearly, he can breathe just fine...

OK, flame away at how wrong I am..........................
