Fingers crossed the next storm that hits won't cause a major rehab job to fix it up again. At some point enough is enough and the feds can't keep plunking down $300 mil + for one location.Now it seems the feds are only picking up 75-90% of the costs. So it will cost the MTA from $50-125 mil. |
