In the short run< i agree. Get the loop station open ASA safely P. But since so much time, effort, and $$ was put into the new SF station, it should be repaired, but this time with flood resistance. May not be possible to keep the water out, but the rebuilt station could be built with survivable features, like waterproof tiles, and all sensitive equipment located elsewhere... |
