Hudson line riders only account for 20% of Metro North EOH demand.Would it be nice to have the Hudson line accessing NYP? Yes. Is it worth the cost and effort? No. Remember, only the dual modes would be able to access it, and I am sure most people north of Croton-Harmon prefer Grand Central to Penn Station. |
