You don't need an invite to ride that train, and everyone is welcome to ride it. Anyone can buy a ticket. So I'm not sure what you mean by inviting people and welcoming them to ride it. Both are meaningless in this situation. It's not like you are going to allow them to ride for free or ride something normally off-limits to the public. |
