He's an assemblyman? Well let the State Legislature simply pass legislation prohibiting the MTA from charging people $1 for a card worth less than a tenth of a cent. That would be the end of this nonsense.Now if the MTA had entered the 21st century and we were talking about smart cards, that would be a different story. |
