Welcome to "intellectual property" law, SOPA, torrent crackdowns and all "copyright." The law is that if you have a logo, a corporate identity and allow just ONE interloper to cause "confusion in the marketplace" and you LOSE your copyright for "failure to enforce it."That's what happened ... intellectual property law.
