Admittedly the hours can be rather hectic, and one doesn't get their choice of prime shifts, and NYCTA's labour relations seems downright awful from what employees have hinted at online, but again, at the wages that train operators and conductors earn, there's just simply far less sympathy even if they have a wife and two children when compared to an equivalent family earning much lower wages.

Stop skipping the subject you are boring me, i asked you about the job at hand what others do or feel is irrelevant to this discussion. Your "poor" folk argument is falling on deaf ears been there done it more than you will ever know..

Oh come on, who wouldn't love to work from mid-afternoons into the evening hours or early morning? I worked the 4PM to 12 AM shift at my employer when they I was asked to train some new employees, and it was great given that I could wake up late, and at the time that I returned home, it was still dark outside making falling asleep relatively easy. :-)

Then you like being a lonely person then hey what can i say..

Not the norm down here i can tell you..
