How is this a surprise!1) Eliminate Health Care and Retirement 2) Pay the workers enough money so that they can buy their own health care and retirement policies/investments. It is about time that the workers got out from under the thumb of the city/state and their sloppy bookkeeping and lawmaking that steals the funds that workers are entitled to but will likely never get.
