You did not understand a thing I said.

I am NOT eliminating health care or retirement.
I am taking out of the hands of the City and the State.

The City and State do not put the money away for these workers but just say "Let the Future Worry About It"

The Future CANNOT worry about it. It is part of the daily operating cost of labor AND SHOULD BE PAID IN FULL when the labor is rendered.

My Blue Cross costs $650/month or $7800/year. This amount plus $15,000/year for retirement comes to 22,800/year. This amount is ADDED to the salary of the workers, and paid to them up front. The Employee for his part designates a heath care account and a retirement account into which these funds will be deposited IN THE NAME OF THE WORKER, for use according the rules of these accounts and thus the funds cannot be raided by either the government or the employee of other uses.
