If the app crashes, the passenger thinks of some cockamamie story on how they tried to purchase their ticket, had it purchased, but the app crashed and now they do not have it. And the Conductor gets tha blame for the crash (as we get blamed for EVERYTHING!!)The railroad SHOULD be blamed if the app is so poorly-designed that it crashes. 2. Having someone forward the one purchased ticket to a few friends and then they all get to use it (aka, take one ride, pass it around!! I sure hope they took measures to prevent this.....probably not!!) LOL! You obviously don't know how smartphone ticketing (in those areas where it is already used, like movie tickets) works. |
