I truly hate to argue with your, sir,---but in fact, the K disappeared after 8/27/76, so from then until sometime in 1978, the B had 57/6th to itself. Then the JFK Express came along, which used 57th/6th as its terminal until 21st/Queensbridge opened.Fro 6 months or so, from the opening of 21st/Queensbridge until the death of the JFK, it provided regular-fare service between 57th/6th & Queensbridge (premium-fare service the rest of the route). |
