By highly minimizing it, it will no longer be visible or damaging. So like I ALREADY SAID, you are wrong.

HIGHLY MINIMIZING merely allows it to develop at a slower rate. It will STILL be damaging and there you go OBVIOUSLY KNOWING what SUBWAYMAN was thinking when he posted. Has your clairvoyance (you do seem to think you Know It All) helped with such mundane things as MegaMillions or anything?
