I got rid of Verizoff two years ago in favor of Comcast's phone service. Verizoff was charging close to $40.00/month for phone service (no long distance) Comcast added $12.00/month for local and long distance telephone service, plus I made Verizoff remove their drop cable from my house, plus Comcast cut the line where it came into my house. I'm glad I live in Baltimore City, Verizoff can't wire for FIos since the cable company (since 1984) has a "One and Only" contract. My street is 3/4 city and 1/4 Baltimore County, Verizoff cut off the FIos 4 feet from the City Line when they wired the County. |
