It's a very small move, but it's not like the railroad has any other way of reducing riders' intoxication before boarding, is there?They are encouraging them to become WORSE. This will encourage these people to chug a lug alcohol faster before getting on the train or to Penn Station, instead of drinking it slower on the train. That will make people drunker. |
