I believe the Verrazano can be used--I don't care how many lanes of interstate smog are taken over. vOn the Bay Ridge side, it will be more difficult, but I believe doable.Connecting to HBLR over the Bayonne which IINM is scheduled to be rebuilt, should go forward. |
