You're still looking at a cost of perhaps 1 billion. The Rockaways Ridership isn't the highest, its stations are among some of the lowest in the system, the cost of the line has to be justified. Looking at that... its very hard to justify it. However I've been thinking about it, and drawing station designs (yay architecture class is actually working) If they build a line they need to incorporate a lot of techniques to make it as cheap as possible. |
