I hate the cost overruns I despise that the MTA doesn't put these construction companies balls to the fire and hold them accountable for the delays.There's a propensity on this site to always blame contractors for delays on projects. I get the feeling that most Subchatters don't know what usually causes these delays, or what goes into managing construction. Yes, sometimes the contractors are to blame. Not all the time though. |
