They COULD have gone with the lower level of the station itself..but,you know someone in the planing department had came up with a bright idea NOT to use the PERFECTLY USEABLE HUMUNGOUS TRAIN STATION..but build a totally new on in a cave over 100 ft below the surface of Manhattan.Hmmm..what do you say to someone like that..looking at all this "trouble..problems..and god knows what less is going on to justify the massive amount of spending this line is forcing..without the super express by pass tunnels included.. |
