Which is More Likely to Happen?

1) The cinder block wall will be taken down and we will finally find out what is behind it at 76th Street;

or

2) The LIRR Rockaway Line will be rebuilt as far as JFK, giving people a one-seat ride from Manhattan to JFK.

I don't see either one ever happening.
